BRITISH COUNCIL SCOTLAND           Hall/Stand:  L50
Company Profile
British Council supports schools in Scotland to engage with a wide variety of opportunities. We support school linking within Europe and globally. Teachers can access continuing professional development programmes, including exchanges and work placements abroad. We also provide online resources, and accreditation of international activity. International education provides real-life examples which bring curricular themes to life, stimulating interest and learning, and naturally developing the four capacities within Curriculum for Excellence. British Council works closely with the Scottish Government and Learning & Teaching Scotland to promote and sustain international education activity in Scotland.
