Singaporean educator set for Scotland

Picture
He’s spoken to audiences at events across the world, ranging from the Google Global Education Symposium to the International Baccalaureate Global Conference.

And now, one of the world’s foremost educators Pak Tee Ng is heading to Glasgow from his home in Singapore to share his knowledge on leadership at the Scottish Learning Festival.

Pak Tee is sure to motivate and influence his audience with his passion for developing educational leaders to ‘Teach Less Learn More’ in order to help them inspire others through their leadership, work and lives.

Pak Tee said: “I am honoured to be invited to the Scottish Learning Festival to address educators in Scotland, fellow professionals whom I have come to know as being passionate and committed in developing the next generation of Scots.

“Educators are people who plant trees, so that others may sit under those trees, and perhaps no one will ever know who planted them in the first place. Educational leaders are those who lead other educators to plant trees. Educators are nation builders.

“Education change is never an easy process. However, to help our young people acquire the knowledge, skills and values for their future, let us as educators rally together and bite the bullet of change for the next generation.”

So, if you want to get Pak Tee’s unique take on leadership, sign up now for his keynote address on Education change and leadership from 12.30-1.15 pm on Wednesday 25 September. Or sign up for the smaller, more intimate twilight session at 5 pm where you’ll have the chance to learn more from Pak Tee’s keynote speech and ask questions.
